Food

Your meals are prepared fresh and made to order. They last between 16-18 days in the fridge from the day of delivery. Each meal will have its own USE-BY date on the packaging.

In order to extend the shelf life of our meals, they are sealed for freshness with skin packing technology which creates a vaccum and barrier against the container – eliminating the need for preservatives.

We recommend heating up your meals in the microwave for 2 – 3 minutes on high or until hot.

To ensure the heat is evenly distributed, you can stir the meals halfway and continue to reheat.

Allow to stand for a minute before consuming. Be careful as the contents may be hot.

Our meals are prepared using halal certified ingredients. We also do not process any pork or alcoholic ingredients on-site.

You must have an order with a minimum of $50.00 to place your order. If you spend over $150, get free shipping.

While it's not mandatory for you to be present at home during food delivery, some individuals may prefer it, particularly when there isn't a secure location available for our drivers to leave the package. Rest assured that our drivers will adhere to your delivery instructions and leave your box in the requested location.

To ensure your food remains at the ideal temperature, our meals are delivered in a cardboard box with a thermal lining and ice packs.

While we're unable to provide an exact delivery time within our delivery windows, we strive to enhance your convenience. For daytime deliveries, you can expect to receive an SMS in the morning of your delivery, containing an estimated arrival time. This will provide you with a narrower delivery window.
